This page outlines the terms of service as per provided by Supernova Creative Inc. (Service Provider) to you (Client). 

The purpose of the terms of service is to protect the Service Provider and Client and create a positive, productive experience for both.

These terms are updated on a bi-annual and annual basis so be sure to review the page when possible.

Please note, additional terms may be outlined separate and in addition to this page as outline in your individual custom quote.

REVISIONS

Revisions are available as per outlined in your quote. In order to move the project along in a timely manner, any requests and changes must be provided by the client within a 2 weeks timeframe; otherwise, they are forfeited. For example, if a client’s quote includes 3 revisions, and on the first revision, the client is unresponsive for 2 weeks, the client forfeits a revision and now has 2 out of 3 revisions remaining.¬†

Revisions can be ordered for an additional $60 each.

MEETINGS

Meetings are necessary and beneficial to progress the project. Therefore, clients will receive a certain amount of meetings as listed on their individual quote. Each meeting is approx. 45mins – 1.5 hours in length depending on the meeting.

Supernova Creative Inc. plans ahead and makes time in our schedule to prepare to meet with you. In the event the client cancels within 24 hours, or does not show up for the scheduled meeting, that meeting is forfeited. For example, if a client is offered 4 meetings and on the final  meeting, the client does not show up, the client has zero meetings remaining.

Individual meeting times can be ordered for $60 each.

PAYMENTS

There is generally a 50% charge at the beginning of the work as a deposit, and 50% when revisions completed and files are submitted to the client. 

Final payment is due 15 days from the issuance of invoice. The invoice will be sent within 48 hours after the final files have been submitted.

REFUNDS

In the event of Cancellation, the 50% deposit fee is non-refundable. In addition, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be invoiced and paid by the client. But If a web design project is cancelled by Supernova Sites, then the initial deposit of 50% deposit is fully refundable to you, the client. Upon cancellation all rights to the creative assets made for this project revert to the Supernova Sites and all original art must be returned, including sketches, comps, or other preliminary materials.

PROMOTION

Unless otherwise stated, or an NDA is signed, Supernova Creative Inc. would love to show off our work and in return, promote your company. We reserve the right to share and include screenshots of the completed work in our portfolio, social media, website and print.

PRELIMINARY DESIGNS:

Supernova Creative Inc. retains all rights in and to all Preliminary Designs. Any drafts, rejected concepts, or watermarked work such as unused logo concepts, rejected web page designs, or brand identity concepts, may not be used or shared by the client unless paid for as outlined in the Client’s quote and invoice. These unfinished preliminary designs are confidential. All rights to any Preliminary Designs shall remain the exclusive property of Supernova Creative Inc.
