There is a contract and deposit to begin. After you will fill out a brand questionnaire to identify what kind of style you like and your competitors. Third, the wireframes are created. Fourth, SEO copywriting is applied. Fifth, the design is created. Sixth, the site is developed.

The wireframes help layout the copywriting for the site by giving a general idea of the content. We are big advocates for SEO keyword research and will provide the homepage copywriting that includes keyword research to help you to show up on Google when your customers search. 

We will set you up with our preferred Website hosting company and domain purchase when signing up with a website maintenance plan. If you already have the domain URL purchased, that is not a problem and easy for us to connect to your new website hosting to launch the site live. We may also be able to work with your existing host if you choose not to go with the maintenance plan.

There are two options for web design payment. The first option is to receive an invoice for 50% deposit to book your project and 50% at the end. Credit card, PayPal, and e-transfer are accepted. So, it’s 50/50.

The second is to break up your payments into 12 months. This plan also includes hosting included and after 2 years, a free homepage revision when on the website maintenance plan. Check out more about our monthly website plans.

All new websites include basic SEO set up including:

Every project is different and we take time to get to know your individual needs but typically new websites take anywhere from 2 months to 4 months depending on the number of pages, website functionality and design.

Every new website comes with a complimentary user manual that includes info on basic website maintenance and your login info.

It is important to take care of your site as it is your main marketing tool. To keep it updated, error-free, and safe from hackers. We offer website maintenance plans for that purposes here.

Instead of paying a typical 50% now and 50% at end you can break up payments by month for up to 12 months. You will also receive complimentary hosting for the entire 12 months and after 2 years, there is an option for a free homepage revision when you continue on website maintenance.

Websites are auto-charged a monthly fee once per month. Credit card is required for monthly billing. Plans are for 1 year but 2 year plans are available for flexibility. Contact us to learn more about 2 year plans at info@supernovasites.com

For monthly payments, you are required to pay your first monthly fee. Once that is paid we start work on your website. There is also $149 non-refundable start-up fee to get the website started.

Once you are paid in full for the initial contract period the website is 100% yours. You have the option of switching to one of our monthly website maintenance plans once the initial contract term has passed or we can transfer the site ownership to yourself and you may choose to manage it on your own.

Typically, we can get you started with the brand questionnaire right away in the discovery phase but the design phase typically starts 2-3 weeks later as we typically have a waitlist and current work.

Without regular maintenance, your website becomes vulnerable to security breaches, performance issues, and compatibility problems. Neglecting updates can leave your site exposed to hackers, potentially leading to data loss, downtime. Outdated plugins or themes may not function correctly or could conflict with each other, resulting in poor user experience. Backups of your website essential to keep your content in case of emergency. While maintenance requires time and effort, the consequences of neglecting it outweighs the benefits of keeping your site up-to-date and secure.

You will be billed automatically each month with credit card on file.

Yes, if you choose to pay everything up front at once, you will be quoted a yearly discount. This does not require a credit card on file.

Yes, you may choose to pay 4 times per year. 

Content updates include changing text, swapping photos, editing blogs for the approximate duration of time. For example, it includes:

  • Updating page content
  • Updating or adding new forms
  • Researching new features or functionality and providing recommendations
  • Updating employees
  • Adding a new blog post with provided content and images
  • Adding/updating products to your store
  • Adding/updating events to your event calendar

No, the content included for the month is only available for that month. However, if you choose an annual plan, you will receive all your website support time upfront to use at any time.

We take time to understand your requirements before we start making any changes to the site. If we think the work will go over the allocated time, we will let you know and provide an estimate of how long it will take. After, you can make a choice if you would like to proceed.

The monthly report includes customized information on your website like:

  • Website Updates
  • Website Analytics (# of users, page views, etc.)
  • Form statistics (new submissions, subscribers, etc).
  • Website Speed
  • And more

Realistically, between 48-72 hours.

Yes, however, it will first require a website evaluation to become familiar with the website, and how it was built.

A branding and design package can include logo design options, colour palette, fonts, and a brand guidelines PDF booklet.

We receive 50% of the deposit to begin and the remainder at the end. We accept credit, PayPal, or etransfer.

You will complete a brand questionnaire which asks common questions like who your competitors are, business goals and target audience. After, you will be presented with a brand moodboard that gives a general mood for the direction of the visual identity. Second, we design the logo where you can select up to 3 options. Third, your colours, logo and fonts will be prepared in a comprehensive brand guidelines booklet to you to refer to for all your marketing needs.

The branding process for brand positioning, to logo design, and colour palette and fonts generally ranges from 1.5-2 months.

First, we’ll get a project timeline going and then meet once a week to touchbase on the project. You’ll be required to keep in touch, and respond to emails in a timely matter so we can all cross the finish line together and launch your new brand identity!

Your logo files will be for both digital and print this includes RGB, CMYK, transparent .png, as well as black and white.
