We sign an contract and you’ll receive an invoice for 50% deposit to book your project and 50% at the end. Credit card, PayPal, and e-transfer are accepted.

A revision process can include changes to colour, images, layouts, edits to text, copywriting and more.
Every new website comes with a complimentary user manual that includes info on basic website maintenance and your login info.
It is important to take care of your site as it is your main marketing tool. To keep it updated, error-free, and safe we offer website maintenance plans for that purposes here.
If you know what package you’d like, let’s jump on a call to start. Every project is different and we take time to get to know your individual needs. After the call, we both sign the contract and complete the invoice. We then go through the brand questionnaire.
For companies requiring additional services, we’ll send a custom quote/proposal.

Typically, we can get you started with the brand questionnaire right away in the discovery phase but the design phase typically starts 2-3 weeks later as we typically have a waitlist and current work.
